Planning the Perfect Vacation

I am super excited for this year's holy week because it does not fall on the first business week of the month, which when it and other holidays do, I have to work while everybody else plays.

This year, my younger sister and I are spending the holidays somewhere in Asia. Unfortunately, since we booked the tickets a little late, last week of January (I heard that other people plan their holy week vacation a year in advance), not only did we get more expensive tickets as opposed to when you book the tickets earlier, but we also did not get the best flight times. We are leaving Thursday afternoon and coming back Sunday afternoon as well which leaves us to roughly around 48 hours to spend in the Island.

Since February, I have been checking out places to go, things to do, and food to eat from the internet and from friends who have been to the place. Today, I have finished the schedule (you read that right!) with activities by the hour my sister and I would hopefully follow. Otherwise, if we fall behind schedule, we might not be able to do the other things on the list.

I am a bit worried though because we have hotel complimentary breakfast. This means we only have lunch and dinner to eat out. And considering all the food and desserts I would like to try, I do not know how these foods would fit my schedule, let alone my stomach.

Oh well. Happy Easter everybody! :)

Boys Do Fall in Love- Parokya ni Edgar

I love Parokya's version of Boys Do Fall in Love, originally by the Bee Gees circa 1984. Chito Miranda singing makes the song more Filipino (Filipinized) and makes the experience and possibility of Boys Falling in Love closer to home. (Hear the revival by clicking on the play icon on the right.)

I do believe that boys fall in love. Not as much as girls do, though. :)

And she said boys do fall in love, they make time,
they get love on a Saturday night.
And she said hearts beat as they dance
in the street to a radio, oh.
